Casino Bonus Terms
Please read these terms carefully before using any bonuses/promotions offered by this casino website (in the following defined as the "Casino"). These bonus terms are extending the Terms & Conditions. By accepting and playing with the by the Casino offered bonuses/promotions you automatically agree to these terms. Bonuses/promotions are provided by the Casino solely at our own discretion to loyal and new players. The Casino encourages players to use the bonuses/promotions, but to refrain from abusing them.
- In these terms, the term "bonus" defines such credit rewards as additional percentages given by the Casino on a player's successful deposit payment or simply given by the Casino as a free credit reward (no-deposit bonus). The term "Promotion" defines such rewards as cash prizes won by the players during various special events or tournaments organized by the Casino from time to time.
- Offered bonuses/promotions are available only once per household and/or per player account. If another account is opened, it will be closed and all bonuses/promotions and winnings may be void.
- Only one bonus redemption is possible at a time and only one bonus per deposit payment is available.
- Bonuses/promotions are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus/promotion.
- Offering a bonus/promotion to a specific player does not constitute a right for other players to claim and/or receive such bonus/promotion.
- Unless otherwise stated in any specific bonus/promotion rules, all by the Casino granted bonuses are sticky (non-cashable). The bonus credits are for wagering (betting) purpose only, and only the winnings generated from playing with the bonus (and not the bonus itself) may be paid out by a player upon fulfilling all the necessary requirements attached to the used bonus. At the time of a payout and prior to its settlement, the amount equivalent to the value of the bonus will be deducted from the winnings' total payout. No payout will be allowed for an amount less than the bonus value and/or less than any minimum/maximum payout limits as stated on our banking or cashier webpage.
- Unless otherwise stated in any specific bonus/promotion rules, deposit payments of a minimum €20 EUR and up qualify for the bonus/promotion redemption. Deposit payments must be made in one single transaction in order to qualify for the bonus/promotion.
- Prior to any payout of the winnings and in the interest of fair gaming, a customer’s gameplay will be reviewed for any irregular wagering (betting) patterns. Wagering (betting) behavior such as, but not limited to, low margin bets, hedge betting, even money bets which are targeting at fulfilling the necessary bonus/promotion requirements, will be considered by the Casino as irregular wagering (betting), where the Casino reserves the right to remove the redeemed bonus/promotion, refuse the payout and/or void the winnings.
- Prior to any payout of the winnings and in the interest of fair gaming, the Casino reserves the right to review game logs and transaction records. If, upon such review, it appears that a player is participating in strategies which the Casino, in its sole discretion, deems to be abusive, the Casino reserves the right to remove the redeemed bonus/promotion, refuse the payout and/or void the winnings.
- The Casino, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove/cancel any bonuses/promotions, refuse the payouts, void the winnings and/or suspend/ban player accounts displaying any abusive behavior.
- In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the Casino will be final so far not in contradiction to the Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
- The Casino, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these terms at any time with notice via email or message in the gaming interface. Player are obliged to take notice of such changes and/or term updates.
- These terms are originally written in English. If these terms are translated into another language, the English version will always prevail.
